Coming from a mediterranean middle eastern family, my comfort zone is filled with healthy food, and fresh pierogies.
I spent many years cooking in this comfort zone, replicating my family’s delicious recipes.
When I moved from Canada, I was introduced to a new, intriguing food scene that would eventually ignite
my passion for culinary exploration. Living in Orangeville Ontario, I have access to an endless source of inspiration:
fresh, seasonal produce; a budding restaurant scene; multicultural
Although I’ll never stop cooking my family’s treasured recipes, I now happily cook out of my comfort zone,
tackling new ingredients, techniques and recipes with complete confidence. My main goal is to eat healthy food and
serve healthy food.
Over the years I have discovered that most of the food places are becoming processed and this really is
something we all should take in consideration before going out to eat. I really would like to say find restaurants
that make meals themselves & serve, restaurants that know how to cook food for better health.
I started Eat, Like, Love Healthy in 2014 shortly after I purchased and opened Eat Like Sabby.
This publication is my way of marrying two of the activities I love the most, cooking Food and Serving Food. Over the
years, I’ve helped a number of my friends become confident in the kitchen, teaching them to cook out of their comfort zones.

sharing recipes and healthy information on Eat, Like, Love Healthy, I can help other home cooks in the same way.

When we opened our doors, the goal is simple: to serve high quality, delicious food quickly with an experience that not
only exceeded, but redefined the fast food experience and also healthy. To that end, we focus on
sourcing the best possible ingredients, serving the tastiest food, and grow healthy. Healthy Food Is good business.
When we opened our store, the idea is simple: demonstrate that food served fast didn't have to be a "fast-food" experience.
We use high-quality raw ingredients, classic cooking methods and distinctive interior design, features
that are more frequently found in the world of fine dining.
We want to compete in a category of dining called "fast-casual," the fastest growing segment of the
restaurant industry, where customers expect food quality that's more in line with full-service restaurants,
united with the speed and convenience of fast food. We try to do things very well.
We make basic raw ingredients into food that's richer and more sophisticated through our recipes and cooking
techniques. Similarly, our restaurant design transforms simple materials in distinctive ways, giving our restaurants a
style that's more architectural in nature and less dependent on standardized design elements.
Our focus has always been on using higher-quality ingredients and cooking techniques to make healthy great
food accessible to everyone at the reasonable prices.
But our vision has evolved. While using a variety of fresh ingredients remains the foundation of our menu,
we believe that "fresh is not enough, anymore." Now we want to know the sources for all of our ingredients, so
that we serve healthy and can be sure they are as flavorful as possible while we are aware of the environmental and
societal impact of restaurant business.
